Stacey Offner

Stacey is the General Manager of Operational Excellence and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) for Chevron Australia located in Perth, Western Australia. The HSE team provides a range of activities and services dedicated to protecting the well-being of Chevron’s people and assets, the environment, and surrounding communities.

Stacey received a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mississippi in 2000. Over her twenty year career in oil and gas, Stacey supported a wide variety of HSE matters across the USA, Russia, Italy, Kazakhstan, Indonesia and Australia. Most recently, Stacey was based in Indonesia guiding teams related to remediation and handover of assets to the government operator. Prior to that, she served as OE/HSE Manager for Chevron’s corporate group dedicated to restoration activities to convert land and assets for public, third party, and wildlife reuse.
