Kheng Ling Lok

Kheng Ling Lok is General Manager Gas Supply & Trading for Asia Pacific. She is responsible for the integrated supply and trading business of liquified natural gas (LNG), liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and natural gas liquids (NGL) for Asia Pacific.

She manages a team based in Singapore with offices in Perth, Tokyo, Seoul and Beijing who are responsible for the long-term marketing and delivery activities for equity LNG production in Asia, domestic gas marketing in Australia, equity LPG/NGL arbitrage into Asia and short-term trading.

Kheng Ling is a director on the Star Petroleum Refining Public Company Limited (SPRC) Board since November 2016, and she is also on the Advisory Board of the Centre of Excellence International Trading (CEIT).

Previously, Kheng Ling was Vice President Crude Supply & Trading for Asia Pacific where she was responsible for the integrated supply and trading business of crude oil and condensate. During her career at Chevron she has served in a number of management roles in Singapore and Houston of increasing responsibility, including Manager Supply Optimisation Group for US East, General Manager Supply Optimisation Group for Asia Pacific, General Manager, Product Supply & Trading for Asia Pacific and Country Chair for Chevron Downstream Companies in Singapore.

Kheng Ling first joined Caltex Trading Pty Ltd in 1990 as a Junior Supply Executive. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
