We are committed to advancing a lower-carbon future by reducing the carbon intensity of our operations and assets, increasing the use of renewables and offsets in support of our business and investing in technologies to enable lower-carbon commercial solutions.

At the Chevron-led Gorgon natural gas facility, Australia is demonstrating complex technology at a scale never undertaken by industry before. Since safely starting the Gorgon emissions reduction system in August 2019, more than 4 million tonnes of greenhouse gas emissions have been mitigated.
