feature celebrating the diversity of Australia’s heroes
At Chevron Australia, diversity and inclusion is at the heart of how we do business. That’s why we are proud to be the inaugural National Diversity and Inclusion Partner of the Australian of the Year Awards.
For 60 years, the Australian of the Year Awards have celebrated the achievements and contributions of Australia’s finest – those who inspire and make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Chevron Australia Managing Director Al Williams said the partnership was an opportunity to highlight the imperative of diversity and inclusion to our business and society.
“Our national partnership with the Australian of the Year Awards aligns with our diversity and inclusion value where we seek to learn from and respect the cultures in which we live and operate,” he said.
Chevron Australia will support a range of programs throughout the year designed to inspire and promote universal Australian values (such as inclusion, fair-go and resilience), foster unity and connect people of all ages and backgrounds.
