feature supplier payment code
At Chevron, we are proud of the economic contribution we make to Australia through investing in local suppliers and contractors.
We are committed to providing full, fair and reasonable opportunity for Australian industry to supply goods and services, and ensuring opportunities for local businesses are realised.
That’s why we’ve joined our industry peers as the latest signatory to the Australia supplier payment code – a voluntary effort to ensure small business suppliers are paid promptly.
An initiative of the Business Council of Australia (BCA), signatories to the code recognise that paying small business suppliers on time is critical to easing stress, supporting expansion, keeping healthy cashflows and employing more people.

"We are pleased to join a growing list of companies that have committed to the code, which reflects many of the initiatives we have in place to support small businesses.”
